Job summary

HORIBA LAQUA EMEA in Reno, NV is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to handle all procurement tasks, create and maintain purchase orders, expedite and adjust orders, and verify invoices in SAP.

Qualifications

• One year experience using SAP to complete various transactions.
• One to two years’ experience with inventory control and receiving experience.
• MS Office to include intermediate Excel skills, and similar business software applications.

Responsibilities

• All procurement related tasks to include creating and maintaining purchase orders.
• Expedite, cancel and push-out orders as directed.
• Request quotes, price updates, tax codes and shipping terms.
• Verify invoices before parts are received into SAP.
• Investigate invoice inaccuracies to include receiving errors, price discrepancies, incorrect quantity, part numbers, price, or serial numbers listed on invoices.
• Handle AP discrepancies/revisions.
• Support additional responsibilities as assigned.
