Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on purchasing or sourcing experience.
• Experience in ERP/MRP systems and full purchasing lifecycle.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute MRP-based purchasing activities within the ERP system.
• Process non-MRP purchase requests and manage suppliers.
• Generate purchase orders and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
• Maintain accurate ERP system data.
• Resolve supplier issues through direct communication.
• Partner with operations and engineering for purchasing support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Act as coordination point between suppliers and teams.
