Real Chemistry, a global healthcare communications and marketing partner, seeks a Procurement, Growth & Strategic Relationships Lead. You will manage client procurement relationships, identify growth opportunities, and guide strategic sourcing initiatives across healthcare clients in a hybrid U.S.

workplace. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders, lead capability conversations, and shape engagement strategies to unlock long-term partnerships.

Formación

• 12+ years in client relationship management, account leadership, strategic sourcing, or procurement with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record generating new business leads and expanding client relationships, navigating procurement stakeholders.
• Deep healthcare industry experience across pharma, biotech, life sciences, or agency partners.
• Understanding of procurement landscape, ESG priorities, and regulatory requirements across healthcare, globally.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust at all levels and articulate value

Responsabilidades

• Build and own relationships with client procurement and sourcing stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.
• Generate and qualify new leads, building a pipeline across capabilities and markets.
• Lead client procurement capability meetings with tailored content for introductions and engagements.
• Act as door-opener, introducing capability and account leads to new stakeholders and decisions.
• Understand client business priorities and translate insights into strategies for expanding engagements.
• Contribute to evolving the engagement framework to support growth across the portfolio.
• Keep senior stakeholders informed about relationship status, opportunities, and risks.
• Conduct post-engagement debriefs to improve future relationships and processes.
