Based in the US or remotely within the US, with potential in Ontario, Canada, this hybrid position demands working eastern US hours and a strategic, client-centered mindset.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in medical affairs/publications within an agency setting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Expertise in advisory boards, symposia, MSL materials; publication planning a plus.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar accounts and driving organic growth.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience overseeing complex budgets.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Positive thinker who can adapt quickly, innovate and be a reliable resource under pressure.
• Professional presence with urgency and client service orientation.
• High energy, able to operate in fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Demonstrated experience encouraging professional development of direct reports.
