Talentify is seeking a Procurement Coordinator in Greenville, SC to coordinate and execute procurement activities for non-resale products and services company-wide. You will research products and suppliers, develop bid requirements and statements of work, select suppliers, monitor supplier performance, and manage contracts and inventory.

You will also support the company’s vehicle fleet, tool outfitting, and replenishment programs while ensuring best value, quality, lead times, and cost.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Business Administration is required.
• Minimum of three years in Purchasing or Supply Chain Operations; additional experience is preferred.
• CPSM/CPM, CPIM, or APICS certification is strongly preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrates vision, goal-setting, and ownership with continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; familiarity with enterprise systems and supplier management.

Responsabilités

• Manage contracts and inventory control; support vehicle fleet outfitting and replenishment.
• Ensure best value by matching products to needs, quality, lead times and cost.
• Administer Concur for expenses and corporate cards; report monthly KPI metrics.
• Maintain organized purchasing warehouse inventory and storage areas.
