Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an Associate Director of Procurement Finance to drive the analytical and financial interface with the Supply Chain procurement team. This role sits at the intersection of procurement and Finance, influencing negotiation strategies, business case development, strategic sourcing plans, capacity investment, and procurement, among others.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent plus 12 years experience, or advanced degree with 10+ years.
• Experience supporting supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments.
• Willingness to travel more than 50%.
• Experience with financial modeling, analytical and quantitative skills.
• Executive communication experience, including executive-quality PowerPoint creation.
• Excel modeling experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Finance input to supplier negotiations, both in preparation process and through active negotiation participation.
• Value-add support for Supply Chain business case development.
• Coordinate across SBU and Functional Finance to drive alignment between procurement and Raytheon’s financial commitments.
• Develop robust processes for material PV tracking, CER pool management, KPI tracking, and Best Value Source Selection / Competition support.
• Conduct constraint analyses to support investment initiatives and improve material availability in Raytheon’s factories.
• Act as a catalyst for data-driven decision making.
• Responsible for both direct, indirect CER pools.
