Job summary

RTX is seeking an Associate Director of Planning Finance to drive the analytics and financial interface for the Raytheon Planning Team. You will influence input material planning, capacity investment, and procurement across the production ecosystem.

This role sits at the intersection of planning and finance, developing inventory targets, funding investment, and maturing AR/CFR portfolios to accelerate key materials needed for production.

Qualifications

• Experience connecting planning with finance to drive forecasting and budgeting.
• Ability to develop and manage financial cadence for AR/CFRs.
• Strong stakeholder alignment with SBU and Functional Finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the full financial cadence around strategic AR/CFRs.
• Identify optimized target inventory levels to ensure material availability.
• Coordinate across SBU and Functional Finance to align planning with financial commitments.
• Ensure orders are planned and investment secured.
• Lead strategic capacity investment with business case analysis.
• Conduct constraint analyses to improve material availability.
• Provide budgetary support for S&OP planning functions.
• Act as a catalyst for data-driven decision making.
