Job summary

A leader in industrial machinery manufacturing is seeking a procurement associate to manage the end-to-end procurement process, coordinate with various teams, and ensure compliance with project standards. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in purchasing or supply chain management and at least 2 years of relevant experience preferred. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for project materials, equipment, and services.
• Review material requisitions and verify technical specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines.
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery to achieve cost efficiency.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs), ensuring proper documentation.
• Coordinate with the Logistics Department to track shipments and resolve delays.
• Collaborate with Material Control and Warehouse teams.
• Maintain vendor records and documentation for project traceability.
• Support budget control, cost analysis, and reporting for procurement activities.
• Promote process compliance and continuous improvement.
