Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a procurement professional to oversee end-to-end tender processes, from vendor assessment to purchase orders and delivery. The role requires evaluating RFQ documents, sourcing vendors locally and internationally, and negotiating terms to optimize QCDSM.

The ideal candidate will ensure SHE programs are maintained and risks are mitigated, with integrity and strong commercial judgment guiding all decisions. Candidates should be prepared to relocate to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Fresh graduate can be considered; 3–5 years for senior positions.
• Person of integrity with strong commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct procurement tender process end-to-end from vendor assessment to award and PO.
• Analyze incoming RFQ documents for accuracy against drawings or MTO.
• Search vendors/products locally and abroad to meet specifications.
• Negotiate price, delivery terms, and conditions to optimize quality, cost, delivery, safety, and moral (QCDSM).
• Maintain and implement SHE programs and manage SHE risks in procurement.
