Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 5+ years of purchasing experience.
• Contracting experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Commitment to inclusive practices and working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all University procurement, sourcing, purchasing, contracting, leasing, and supplier management.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies, internal controls, and performance measures.
• Lead process improvements and technology initiatives to improve efficiency, compliance, and service.
• Supervise staff and foster professional development.
