Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Project Scheduler in Denver, CO for a 3-day hybrid in-office role. You will own and manage schedules across the United States for large-scale data-center development, interfacing with development, energy, engineering, and construction teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project scheduling, experience in data center development or large-scale GC construction, and proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of project scheduler experience, with at least two years in data center development or related industry
• Experience in data center development or large-scale GC scheduling preferred
• Proficient in Procore and other construction management software
• Advanced proficiency with MS Project and Primavera P6
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork

Responsibilities

• Own and update multiple schedules of projects across the United States
• Set up baselines, critical path analysis, project planning and forecasting with PMs and leads
• Identify schedule delays and escalate to PMs promptly
• Document scheduling processes and maintain records
• Coordinate timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly status reports for PMs and teams
• Develop planning scenarios with project teams as needed
• Support schedule and milestone reporting for internal and external parties
• Develop bullet points or summaries for weekly/investor updates
• Conduct weekly/daily delay surveys and quantify impact of changes
