Job summary

Confluent Health seeks a detail‑oriented Procurement Coordinator to support the VP of Contracts and Procurement with administrative workload, ensuring timely responses and consolidating purchasing lists for our preferred vendors. You will collaborate with top suppliers to facilitate purchasing, approvals, freight, and issue resolution, and will help manage supplier performance and vendor reviews.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a multi-site setting.
• Experience with procurement platforms, especially indirect purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure procurement processes align with policies and provide education where gaps exist.
• Monitor approval workflows for efficient processing.
• Assist in designing, testing, and deploying new procurement solutions.
• Liaise with IT and Clinic Operations for supplier selection and RFP coordination.
• Record supplier performance and participate in vendor reviews.
• Maintain purchasing catalogs and streamline workflows in Smartsheet.
• Manage reporting in Amazon Business and procurement history.
• Escalate risks to department leadership.
