Qualifications

• 3–5 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Experience in real estate development or property management preferred.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency with purchase orders, invoice processing, and approvals.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for construction and operating needs.
• Lead RFPs/RFQs and negotiate favorable terms.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement lifecycle and vendor contracts.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance KPIs.
• Collaborate with Development, Construction, and Property Management teams.
• Mentor procurement staff and ensure policy compliance.
