Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 24 units of business-related courses required.
• At least four years of procurement experience required.
• Procurement certifications at a minimum or high level preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate efforts of subject-matter specialists in acquisition programs.
• Plan and establish contractual strategy for the overall program.
• Develop pre-negotiation positions and contract types with justification.
• Coordinate with departments, legal, audit; personally negotiate most contracts.
• Direct contract administration: modifications, changes, options, delays, performance.
• Prepare procurement recommendations, award docs, determinations, approvals.
• Participate in system implementations and procurement tech improvements.
• Perform other related procurement duties as assigned.
