Qualifications

• Two years of purchasing-related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (value).
• Capable of developing specifications, reviewing procurement requests, and coordinating with Legal and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Prepares and administers contracts, purchase orders, amendments, renewals, and related procurement documents.
• Performs procurement and financial analysis to monitor expenditures and vendor activity.
• Coordinates complex procurements for equipment, supplies, services, and other contractual work in accordance with Procurement Code.
• Develops specifications and solicitation documents; oversees award processes.
• Monitors procurement activity and contract obligations within the department budget.
