Job summary

PBF Energy Inc. is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support sourcing, contracting, and general procurement for refinery operations and related areas. The role is based at the Toledo Refinery in Toledo, OH, with responsibilities spanning capital projects, maintenance, and corporate functions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in procurement, strong negotiation skills, and experience with SAP MM/Ariba. On-site work is required five days per week at the refinery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent procurement experience.
• 5+ years in procurement or supply chain.
• Experience writing and negotiating contracts with terms and conditions.
• Experience with SAP MM and Ariba is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage the contract process per policies.
• Negotiate terms with contractors and ensure favorable agreements.
• Develop and execute competitive sourcing events; evaluate proposals and awards.
• Lead sourcing for complex services, products, equipment, and materials.
• Collaborate with teams to gather information, define contract requirements, and ensure compliance.
• Monitor and maintain contracts, renewals, and terminations.
