Job summary

Lumexa Imaging is one of the country's largest providers of outpatient medical imaging, with over 5,000 team members and 185 outpatient centers across 13 states. We are seeking an experienced Procurement Buyer to support purchasing of materials, supplies, equipment and services, driving strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract administration and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement or Oracle E-Business Suite is required.
• Ability to make decisions, prioritize assignments, and direct team members in an ever-changing procurement environment.
• 3 to 5 years procurement experience managing critical suppliers and contractual agreements including management and negotiation of outsourcing agreements.
• Healthcare (Radiology knowledge) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for strategic sourcing supporting the business goals and objectives.
• Manages vendor performance and contract adherence; evaluate new vendors as needed.
• Negotiates pricing and deliverables to ensure quality standards and business needs are being met. Source new suppliers to improve quality, on time service delivery and cost savings.
• Develop, analyze, and manage spend processes and adjust as needed.
• Establish, lead, and support cross functional teams.
• Collaborates with key stakeholders to understand business initiatives and procurement’s role to meet company objectives.
• Drives sourcing and category plans to achieve savings and performance targets.
