Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or buying.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of buying strategies, supplier relations, and cost control.
• Proficient in procurement software and tools (SAP).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive the purchasing process from needs identification to supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management.
• Foster and maintain supplier relationships, resolving issues and driving improvements.
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with regulations, standards, and internal policies.
• Contribute to quality control standards in purchasing and conduct inspections.
• Support procurement budgeting, resource allocation, and cost-effective solutions.
• Participate in sourcing strategies, supplier diversity, sustainability, and innovation.
• Leverage procurement software and analytics to enhance processes, monitoring, and reporting.
