The Buyer is responsible for utilizing federal, state and local regulations, statutes, codes, and guidelines to complete the entire solicitation cycle for various projects as requested by all departments in the agency. The Buyer is responsible for verification and confirmation of requisitions and purchase orders for all goods and services entered in the financial program, from pre-issuance to pre-award, post-award, contract administration, and close-out between the Corporation and vendors.
