JobSquad Florida is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage BOM planning, supplier selection, RFQs, price negotiations, and PO administration. The role emphasizes integrating with Production Planners to ensure material availability and timely deliveries while pursuing cost reductions and supplier performance improvements.

The position requires ERP proficiency, a minimum of three years in procurement, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in supply chain, business, engineering or related field.
• At least three years of procurement experience.
• Experience procuring electronic components (active and passive).
• Proficiency with ERP software and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Plan complex, multi-level BOMs and align material requirements with production needs.
• Select approved suppliers; request quotations; negotiate pricing and terms.
• Issue purchase orders and verify accuracy before submission.
• Monitor open purchase orders to support on-time delivery and identify delays.
• Coordinate with Production Planners to ensure timely component delivery.
• Report late deliveries and quality issues to Purchasing Manager and drive resolution.
• Develop strong supplier relationships for price competitiveness, delivery reliability, quality and risk mitigation.
