Job summary

Flow Control Group in the United States is seeking a detailed-driven BOM and procurement specialist to manage part numbers, pricing, and supplier data within our ERP and CRM systems. You will maintain Bills of Materials, verify data integrity, and support purchasing and planning activities to ensure on-time production and accurate costings across North American operations.

Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Shop Floor teams to align BOMs with production needs and deliver timely insights

Responsibilities

• Create and set up new part numbers accurately in the company system.
• Update pricing and supplier information for existing part numbers.
• Complete all required item maintenance and part setup details.
• Verify part numbers, descriptions, units, purchasing data, and related system data.
• Maintain and review BOM data; ensure accuracy for purchasing or production.
• Become SME in BOM setup and maintenance for the team.
• Assist with daily purchasing activities and follow up on orders.
• Track open purchase orders and expedite late items as needed.
• Review planning reports to keep production schedules on track.
