Job summary
ILLES Foods is seeking a Sr. Analyst Procurement Analytics & Supply Planning to support end-to-end analytics, financial modeling, and performance reporting for the Procurement Team.
The role is a hands-on partner, translating data into actionable insights to optimize supplier economics, inventory, profitability and growth initiatives. The successful candidate will develop tools and dashboards, manage master data, and collaborate with sales for new agreements while tracking material lead times
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, analytics, and business case development.
- Expert knowledge of SQL, Power Query or Power BI for data extraction, manipulation, visualization and dashboard development.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems, inventory management, procurement and supply planning.
- Food manufacturing experience and supplier/cost analysis is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Leverage analytics and create financial modeling to support procurement processes and new business development to drive efficiency, support growth and enhance decision making.
- Lead the development of tools, reporting and dashboards to support procurement processes and projects.
- Own advanced material planning for seasonal demand and new projects aligning with commercialization plans.
- Support vendor and raw material initiatives by analyzing shortages and developing allocation strategies.
- Partner with Sales to develop customer floor-stock agreements and evaluate lead times and inventory risk.
