Job summary

ILLES Foods is seeking a Raw Material Planner to oversee daily planning and ordering of ingredients, packaging, and materials. The role ensures uninterrupted production with optimal inventory levels while controlling costs in a regulated food manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will use data, ERP/MRP systems, and supplier collaboration to minimize shortages and write-offs, while partnering with Accounts Payable and Scheduling to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• MBA would be a plus for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and order raw materials, packaging, and supplies to meet production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and supplier performance using data and digital tools.
