ILLES Foods is seeking a Sr. Analyst Procurement Analytics & Supply Planning to drive end-to-end analytics, financial modeling, and performance reporting for the Procurement Team.

This role develops insights, models, and tools to optimize supplier economics, inventory, profitability, and supports growth initiatives. Qualifications

• Strong foundation in data analytics and forecasting.
• Expert knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Power Query for data extraction and visualization.
• Experience with procurement analytics and supplier performance metrics.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Leverage analytics and financial modeling to support procurement processes and new business development.
• Lead development of tools, reporting and dashboards to improve inventory levels and supplier alignment.
• Create reports highlighting supplier performance, spend, and volume for reviews and planning.
• Own advanced material planning for seasonal demand and new projects.
• Support vendor and raw material initiatives with demand vs. supply analysis and allocation strategies.
• Partner with Sales to develop floor-stock agreements and evaluate terms.
