Job summary

Restaurant Brands International seeks a Sr. Analyst, Procurement to support strategic sourcing, supplier management, spend analytics, and cost optimization for Popeyes kitchen equipment.

You will build financial models, assess risk, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive value across the Popeyes system. Ideal candidates have a degree and 2+ years in procurement, with advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience building financial models, cost analyses, business cases, or supplier comparisons.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of sourcing strategies for Popeyes equipment categories: fryers, hot holding, refrigeration, smallwares, and related capex equipment.
• Analyze spend, pricing, market conditions, OEM capabilities, and total cost of ownership to identify savings and value-creation opportunities.
• Build financial models, cost comparisons, business cases, and scenario analyses to evaluate supplier proposals, RFP responses, and capex sourcing decisions.
• Assess supply continuity and business risk: shortages, long lead times, tariffs, and OEM concentration.
• Track OEM/supplier performance against cost, service, quality, warranty, and delivery commitments; recommend corrective action.
