Job summary

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Miami, FL is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Procurement to lead strategic sourcing for kitchen equipment—fryers, hot holding, refrigeration, smallwares—across the Popeyes system.

You will build financial models, compare supplier proposals, assess risk and lifecycle cost, and collaborate with Development, Operations, Finance, and OEM partners to ensure availability, cost and quality on new builds and remodels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• At least two years in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, finance, or analytics; equipment/capital goods experience a plus.
• Experience building financial models, cost analyses, business cases, or supplier comparisons.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of sourcing strategies for Popeyes equipment categories (fryers, hot holding, refrigeration, smallwares).
• Analyze spend, pricing, market conditions, OEM capabilities and total cost of ownership.
• Build financial models, cost comparisons, business cases, and scenario analyses for supplier proposals and capex decisions.
• Assess supply continuity and risk: shortages, lead times, tariff exposure, and OEM concentration.
• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage equipment OEMs and distributor networks.
• Participate in supplier negotiations, RFPs, RFQs, and other competitive sourcing activities.
• Track supplier performance and take corrective action when needed.
• Collaborate with Development/Construction on specs, lead times, and delivery sequencing.
