Job summary

RTX Corporation in Westford, MA is seeking a Senior Analyst, Procurement - Buyer to own the full Purchase Order lifecycle, issue POs across programs, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR/ITAR regulations.

This role involves supplier selection, negotiation, expediting when needed, and working with Operations, PM, Engineering and Quality to meet program schedules in a dynamic, high‑volume environment. Relocation is not offered; onsite role for U.S. citizens.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and 2 years of relevant experience or advanced degree.
• Two years of prior Buying Experience.
• Knowledge of government regulations (FAR/DFAR/ITAR/CUI).
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full PO lifecycle from supplier selection to delivery.
• Submit compliant RFQs/RFPs and analyze quotations.
• Negotiate fair pricing and support supplier reviews.
• Ensure procurement aligns with program schedules and compliance.
