Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
• Experience conducting supplier negotiations and managing commercial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure construction materials, equipment, services, rentals, and subcontracted work.
• Develop RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs; evaluate supplier quotations for price, lead time, service, risk, and total cost.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, delivery schedules, and contractual requirements.
• Create and manage purchase orders, contract releases, and PO revisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and monitor performance.
