Job summary

Conti LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a Procurement Specialist / Buyer to support project and operational procurement, sourcing, supplier management, purchasing execution, and data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen, procurement systems knowledge, analytics capability, and comfort with AI-enabled procurement tools. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
3–5 years in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain.
Experience supporting construction, industrial, manufacturing, or engineering industries preferred.
Strong negotiation and supplier management experience.

Responsibilities

Source and procure construction materials, equipment, services, and subcontracted work.
Develop RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs; evaluate quotations for cost, lead time, and risk.
Negotiate pricing, terms, delivery, and contract requirements.
Create and manage POs, contracts, changes, and revisions.
Build relationships with strategic suppliers and monitor performance.
Support AI-enabled procurement tools and data-driven decision making.
Collaborate with project managers, operations, finance, and estimating teams.
