Job summary

ASRC Federal Netcentric Technologies, LLC seeks a Senior Process Analyst to enhance and streamline government processes for construction planning and engineering on the KEOS contract at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque, NM.

The role emphasizes process optimization, QA/QC, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination with Operations, Environmental, and Real Property to ensure compliant, timely project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to architecture, engineering, planning or construction management; applicable experience may substitute for degree.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in construction planning, design or execution.
• Knowledge of QA/QC principles for process establishment and improvement.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to work independently.
• Data collection, analysis and summary of processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine and streamline daily government processes for construction planning and engineering departments.
• Drive process improvements across all project stages from initiation to close-out.
• Improve planning and programming workflows for efficient project development and execution.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure adherence to best practices and requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations, Environmental and Real Property during the project life-cycle.
• Prepare and coordinate approval submissions for USAF-specific requirements.
