Job summary

You will assist in policy development and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to align with best practices and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, teaching certificate eligibility, and at least three years of classroom teaching experience, with preference for Lean/Six

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Must hold or be eligible for a valid and clear teaching certificate.
• Minimum of three years successful classroom teaching experience required; Experience in policy development and implementation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in policy development, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conducts process evaluations, workflow analysis, and policy reviews to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Develops and implements standardized procedures to improve operational effectiveness.
• Monitors KPIs and tracks progress of improvement efforts.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain improvement initiatives.
• Prepares reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
