Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of successful classroom teaching experience.
• Experience with assessment administration and professional staff development preferred.
• Experience working within a large, complex organization preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training to adult learners across multiple assessment topics and grade levels.

Responsibilities

• Supports the administration of all state and national assessment plans in the District’s assessment strategy and annual testing calendar.
• Completes all mandatory Georgia Department of Education and vendor assessment trainings.
• Executes project plans for the successful administration of state and national assessment.
• Executes processes for managing school testing irregularities and parent testing refusals.
• Monitors school compliance to all state and national assessment processes and deadlines.
• Provides targeted professional development to school leaders for the successful administration of all state and national assessments.
• Creates and maintains print resources to support assessment administration, including manuals, test coordinator job aides, and parent resources.
