Job summary

FASHIONPHILE is seeking a Process & Strategy Analyst I to improve processes and customer outcomes within the Chief Customer Organization. You will map current-state journeys and workflows, gather data, and translate findings into actionable requirements and documentation.

Responsibilities include defining baselines, supporting testing, coordinating launch-readiness, and contributing to training materials and playbooks. This on-site role is in Lehi, Utah, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2-4 years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, process analysis, operations, customer experience, product operations, systems analysis, implementation support, or related work.
• Experience gathering and synthesizing information from business, operational, customer, system, or data sources.
• Experience mapping processes, workflows, ownership, systems, or data flows.
• Experience supporting root-cause analysis, requirements development, testing, or implementation.
• Experience maintaining accurate documentation, decisions, risks, and follow-up actions.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Gather information through interviews, observation, and data review to map current-state journeys.
• Organize evidence and support root-cause analysis with baseline measures and visuals.
• Translate findings into process docs, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and execute test scenarios and coordinate launch-readiness activities.
• Contribute to communications, training materials, and post-launch reviews.
• Create reusable process maps, templates, and knowledge articles.
