Job summary

MidFirst Bank's Midland Mortgage division is seeking a Business Process Analyst on-site at our north Oklahoma City campus. This management-track role will involve presenting process redesign recommendations, planning and managing initiatives, and building leadership capabilities through exposure to senior management.

You will contribute to efficiency improvements, coordinate cross-functional projects, and help implement controls and technology enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with minimum GPA 3.25 or higher in listed fields.
• Two or more years’ relevant experience with workflow management, process design or project management considered.
• Strong analytical skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on review and documentation of business processes with recommendations to improve efficiency.
• Create and manage detailed project plans for initiatives.
• Oversee implementation of process redesigns, technology advancements or enhanced controls.
• Coordinate training for personnel when processes change.
• Communicate findings and present to management and staff.
• Manage multiple projects to completion and support professional development.
