MidFirst Bank in Oklahoma City is seeking a Personal Banking Analytics Analyst to administer reporting and operational systems, analyze data, and support decision-making across the division.

You will create and maintain databases, run complex Excel workbooks, develop Power BI dashboards, and use Python to model data, translating findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or Economics with GPA 3.0 or better.
• 2+ years of experience in an analytical setting.
• Strong analytical, logic, and math skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be a self-starter and work well with others.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in Power BI and Python is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Administers Personal Banking reporting and operational systems, including user access management and data integrity monitoring.
• Oversees the Personal Banking Sales Leadership Program incentive modeling and submission.
• Coordinates and produces reports used in Personal Banking Administration and analyzes data from multiple sources.
• Creates annual financial budgets and executes monthly reporting with management direction.
• Creates and maintains databases and performs queries independently and when directed by management.
• Supports process improvement and analytics initiatives to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
• May recommend policies, procedures and training to maximize efficiency and customer service.
