Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business, operations, organizational development, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in process engineering, operational excellence, BPM, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across departments or locations.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical processes and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an enterprise process improvement framework aligned with strategic objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve cross-functional processes, reduce waste, and strengthen handoffs.
• Partner with leaders to understand business needs, customer expectations, pain points, and outcomes.
• Map current-state processes, analyze bottlenecks, variation, and control gaps.
• Apply Lean, data analysis, and root-cause methods to identify improvements.
• Build business cases and prioritized portfolios for leadership decisions.
• Design future-state processes improving efficiency, quality, and stakeholder experience.
• Develop standard work, governance, and performance measures.
• Collaborate with IT to evaluate automation, dashboards, and digital tools.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives from charter to implementation.
