In this role, you’ll work with executive leaders, operational teams, process owners, subject matter experts, and technology partners to improve how work gets done across functions and locations.
You’ll turn complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions that improve quality, efficiency, predictability, employee experience, and business performance. This is a highly collaborative role for a strategic thinker who can move comfortably between high‑level business priorities, detailed process analysis, and hands‑on implementation.
What You’ll Do
Essential Skills & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business, operations, organizational development, supply chain, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Typically, seven or more years of experience in process engineering, operational excellence, business process management, continuous improvement, organizational transformation, or project management.

Location: This role will be based out of Sioux Center IA, Sioux Falls SD, or Omaha NE office locations.
Travel: Travel is expected up to 10-20% for this role, including visits to Interstates offices, manufacturing shops, project sites, and other locations as needed.
