Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced professional to support the Head of Strategic Partnerships and SVP in managing private wealth distribution relationships. You will help manage Tier 1–3 relationships, educate on Real Estate investments, and grow sales for JLL Income Property Trust and JLL Exchange.

The role requires 5–7 years in financial services, Series 7/63 licenses, strong CRM and Office skills, and ability to collaborate across PWG teams.

Qualifications

5–7 years of financial services experience focused on National Accounts / Strategic Partnerships or intermediary distribution.
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams (marketing, wholesalers, research, asset management, operations).
Currently holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses; proficient with Excel/PowerPoint; CRM knowledge (Salesforce).
Experience using AI tools for research synthesis, meeting prep, and reporting is expected.

Responsibilities

Support relationship management for Tier 1 and Tier 2 strategic relationships; serve as primary manager for several Tier 2/3 relationships.
Coordinate with research, compliance, legal, operations, and sales teams to allocate resources for clients.
Educate advisors on LaSalle/JLL and real estate offerings; promote product lines and platform availability.
Prepare and deliver quarterly sponsor reviews with firm overview, activity, and sales data.
Attend industry conferences and manage data analytics/AI-enabled reporting to improve efficiency.
