Job summary

LaSalle Investment Management is seeking a strategic partnerships professional to support the Head of Strategic Partnerships and the SVP in growing the firm’s private wealth distribution relationships. The role educates on Alternative Investments and Private Real Estate and grows sales for JLL Income Property Trust and JLL Exchange within PWG offerings.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of financial services experience, with a focus on national accounts/strategic partnerships or intermediary distribution preferred.
• Demonstrable ability to work with internal resources across marketing, wholesalers, research, asset management, shareholder servicing, technology.
• Currently holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• AI tools experience for research synthesis, meeting prep and reporting is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support relationship management for Tier 1 and 2 strategic relationships; serve as primary manager for several Tier 2 and 3 relationships.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly sponsor reviews to current clients with firm overview, wholesaler activity, platform availability, sales data, and capabilities.
• Coordinate and attend industry conferences; educate advisors on LaSalle/JLL and real estate; promote product offerings.
• Provide sales team information on selling group firms and advisors; create distribution guides and conference recaps.
• Use Salesforce reports to analyze sales data and target advisors or segments for campaigns and follow-up.
• Review client firm data and leverage AI to streamline reporting, meeting prep, and research.
