Qualifications

• Familiarity with consumer, commercial or asset-backed finance asset classes preferred.
• Experience performing due diligence and preparing investment recommendations.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.

Responsabilités

• Conduct due diligence and underwriting of specialty finance and asset-based investments.
• Analyze collateral performance, cash flows, and portfolio characteristics.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate opportunities and performance.
• Prepare investment memoranda and present recommendations to senior staff.
• Monitor investments and assess credit performance and covenant compliance.
• Perform industry and market research across specialty finance sectors.
• Support structuring, documentation, and execution with legal and advisors.
• Assist with portfolio management initiatives and strategic projects.
• Collaborate with originators and counterparties throughout the lifecycle.
