• 3–6+ years in private credit or related investment role.
• Strong financial modeling and credit underwriting skills.
• Experience performing due diligence and investment writing.
• Ability to independently manage workstreams and drive transaction execution.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset in a lean, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, underwriting, and execution of new opportunities from screening through closing.
• Build detailed financial models and conduct comprehensive due diligence.
• Structure and negotiate debt and equity investments.
• Present investment recommendations to senior leadership and investment committees.
• Monitor portfolio performance, financial results, and covenant compliance.
• Lead portfolio transactions including amendments, waivers, refinancings, add-on financings, and recapitalizations.
• Work directly with management teams, sponsors, advisors, and financing partners.
