You will lead transaction workstreams, perform rigorous fundamental analysis, oversee due diligence, and present investment recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking (leveraged finance), private credit, or direct lending.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Investment Analysis & Underwriting: Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and credit analysis for potential investments.
• Deal Execution: Support transaction structuring, documentation, and coordination with legal and third-party advisors.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor existing investments, track performance metrics, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Investment Committee Support: Prepare and present investment memos and recommendations to the Investment Committee.
• Operational Support: Assist with reporting, tracking deal flow, and maintaining internal systems and documentation.
