Responsibilities

• Supports client management activities with clients and prospective clients, coordinating team members to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Helps develop and execute a relationship management plan.
• Coordinates with team to determine action plan through client needs discovery and proactive service to meet goals.
• Executes strategies to source new relationships and expands opportunities with existing clients and prospects.
• Manages risk in line with AMG policies and procedures and collaborates with risk partners for resolutions.
• Maintains timely and complete CRM tasks and supports team processes such as pre-call planning and relationship reviews.
