• Proven ability to manage multi-layered timelines and onboarding workflows.
• Experience with Print MIS and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central liaison between major program clients and manufacturing operations on-site.
• Design and lead onboarding for new contract print programs with technical specs, data hand-offs, and SLAs.
• Oversee end-to-end print programs from submission through prepress, scheduling, bindery, and fulfillment.
