• Excellent verbal and written communication, collaborative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site liaison between program clients and production teams.
• Design and lead onboarding for new contract print programs.
• Manage end-to-end print programs from submission to fulfillment.
• Collaborate with estimating, customer service, prepress, and press floor.
• Identify upselling opportunities and pitch enhancements.
• Maintain account health and update project pipelines in Print MIS/CRM.
