Taylor Corporation is seeking a Sales Account Manager for Program Sales in North Mankato, MN. You will bridge major program clients with internal operations, owning onboarding and end-to-end project management for printing programs, catalogs, and fulfillment workflows.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of account management, project management, or client onboarding experience in print/fulfillment.
• Strong understanding of print production processes including offset, digital, bindery, and distribution workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multi-layered onboarding timelines and complex onboarding workflows.
• Experience with Print MIS, automated estimating workflows, and CRMs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a collaborative approach to solving problems.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the on-site liaison linking major program clients with engineering, production, and scheduling floors.
• Lead onboarding for new contract print programs, setting up technical specs, data hand-offs, order templates, and delivery SLAs.
• Oversee print programs from submission through prepress, scheduling, bindery, and fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Collaborate daily with estimating, customer service, prepress, and press floor production to maintain account accuracy.
• Identify upsell opportunities like specialty binding, print enhancements, or custom kitting.
• Manage active contract health and pipelines within Print MIS/CRM and resolve production/distribution discrepancies.
