Job summary

ACCEL Schools LLC in Cincinnati, OH seeks an experienced Principal to lead instructional and administrative operations. You will drive the school’s academic vision, student advancement, and daily operations to achieve high levels of achievement and a positive culture.

You will supervise teachers, coordinate professional development, ensure compliance, and manage resources with a focus on equity and student success across diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Current valid Principal license and urban school leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ teaching; 2+ years in school administration.
• Experience with accountability/compliance and coaching teachers.
• Familiar with State Standards and Common Core; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional design and implement an integrated curriculum with data-guided instruction.
• Direct instructional coaching, evaluate teaching quality, and promote blended learning.
• Develop, implement and monitor school programs to raise achievement and culture.
• oversee student achievement goals, safety, and social-emotional wellbeing.
• Direct professional development for teachers and facilitate growth-focused environment.
• Coordinate summer programs, data days, and staff in-service activities.
• Lead evaluation programs and ensure teachers meet professional goals.
