Enverus is seeking a highly driven Principal Consultant to join our Power & Renewables customer success team in the United States or Canada. The PC acts as a strategic advisor to clients, driving adoption, engagement, and value realization across Prism, Rated Power, and Interconnect.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success is a plus.
• Background in solar, wind, and/or battery storage design or engineering is a plus.
• Experience with Enverus product suite (Prism, Rated Power, Interconnect) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Enverus solution integration within the customer’s organization to enhance workflows and productivity.
• Act as primary liaison for client communications and product updates.
• Proactively identify champions and stakeholders and support renewals with the account team.
• Plan and execute on-site/virtual learning events and product refresh meetings.
• Build Enverus brand awareness and nurture long-term client engagements.
