Job summary

Enverus is seeking a highly driven Principal Consultant to join our Power & Renewables customer success team in the United States or Canada. Principals are strategic advisors who drive adoption and reduce churn by engaging champions and delivering tailored solutions that align with client goals.

You will facilitate solution integration, partner with sales and customer success to craft account strategies, and lead onboarding and training events.

Qualifications

• Understand the power & energy transition landscape.
• Ability to learn quickly and explain concepts to clients.
• Ability to work independently with general supervision.
• Ability to plan account strategy based on client nuances.
• Ability to liaise with clients to set up meetings and training.
• Background in solar, wind, and/or battery storage is a plus.
• Experience with Enverus product suite (Prism, Rated Power, Interconnect) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Master Enverus advanced analytics capabilities and project tracking.
• Define and execute onboarding strategies for multiple user accounts.
• Assist sales in strategic account pursuits with data-driven presentations.
• Identify Champions/Stakeholders and manage client relationships.
• Plan on-site/virtual learning events and product refresh meetings.
• Provide product feedback to development and ensure value communication.
