Job summary

Hub Group is seeking a Pricing Analyst to oversee pricing and contract renewal processes for our transportation solutions in Oak Brook, IL. You will conduct analysis and modeling of current operations and support the design and construction of pricing proposals for new and renewing business.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 0–1 year of transportation industry experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field requiring analytical rigor (business, economics, finance, logistics, etc.).
• 0–1 year of transportation industry experience.
• Strong understanding of transportation economics and network behavior.
• Proficient in Excel; familiar with reporting tools like SQL/Tableau/Business Objects.
• Able to lead, communicate across levels and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-planning and strategy for renewal pricing requests.
• Manage and monitor contractual renewal timelines.
• Identify opportunities for growth and profit through pricing strategies.
• Apply transportation optimization techniques for routing and asset evaluation.
• Present methodology and results to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Leadership on pricing.
• Duties may be assigned or changed over time.
